Privacy policy

What data we collect
When you send an enquiry or order a gift voucher, we process the data you enter yourself: first and last name, phone number, email address, the service you choose, dates, number of guests, additional wishes, your message and, for a gift voucher, the postal address.
Purpose and legal basis
We use the data solely to reply to your enquiry and to arrange your stay, the rental of the relaxation centre or the posting of a gift voucher (Article 6(1)(b) and (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). We do not use the data for advertising and we do not sell it.
Processors
The form is passed on to our email address via a secure server (Vercel) and an email delivery service (Resend), and an automatic summary is sent to you. The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Agreements with the processors are in place in accordance with the GDPR.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as is necessary to reply and to provide the service, or for as long as regulations require (for example guest records and tourist tax).
Cookies
The site only uses essential technical browser features (it remembers your cookie choice). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. The Google map loads only when you open it yourself, at which point Google may set its own cookies.
Your rights
You can at any time request access to your data, correction, erasure or restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent. Write to apartmaji.vrdjan@siol.net. You may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (www.ip-rs.si).
